An old building was removed. This gap was to be covered with a new office-building.

GLOBAL ENGINEERING designed a six-storey office-building, with all facilities of modern infrastructure.

An underneath-parking-zone with two storeys was also designed, and could be seen as one of the important striking points of the project in the city centre of Praha.
