An intetnationally operating real-estate funds planned to purchase an existing office-building in the Vac Utca in Budapest.

GLOBAL ENGINEERING was contracted with the due diligence-study. The building should be checked from technical side. It was also necessary to prove the coherancy of the building with existing construction laws and standards in Hungary.
