Kiev, "Bessarabian Quarter"

Mr. Manfred Korzil was responsible projectmanager for the development of this part of the city, named "Bessarabian Quarter".

In earlier days the "Bessarabian Quarter" was seen as one of the finest centres of Europe, a meeting-place for people from the whole world.

A five-star-hotel was now designed as main attraction for this area. A sensational overview of Kiev could be offered by this place.

Fine aparments and up-to-date office-spaces were also part of the concept.
